All individuals participating in Jasper County Cowboy Church arena events are required to have a completed and signed Arena Release Form on file.
Participants 18 years of age and older must provide:
A signed Arena Release Form
A copy of their driver’s license
Participants under 18 years of age must provide:
An Arena Release Form signed by a parent or legal guardian
A copy of the parent/legal guardian's driver’s license (if applicable)
No individual will be permitted to participate in any arena activities without these documents on file.
