Release Form The Texas Legislature has added a chapter to the Civil Practice and Remedies Code to limit liabilities for equine activities, effective September 1, 1995 Chapter 87 of the code says there is no liability for property damage or damages arising from personal injury or death of a participant in an equine activity, if the damage or injury results from a risk inherent in equine activities. Inherent risks include collisions with other animals, certain surface conditions, the unpredictability of an animal's reaction to certain stimuli and potential of a participant to act in a negligent manner contributing to an injury.

I hereby waive any claims for damages to my person or property.
